Screen Sharing: Zoom & Google Meet

This article will guide users on how to use the Screen Sharing feature on Zoom and Google Meet.

Screen Sharing Using Zoom

1. Open the Zoom app or click the provided meeting link

2. Click on the Green Share Screen button

• If your screen sharing is disabled, the host will need to enable screen sharing.

3. Click on the Screen you want to share

4. Click on the Blue Share button

Screen Sharing Using Google Meet

1. Navigate to https://meet.google.com/ or open the app in your computer
2. Click on the Present now button
3. Click the Entire Screen tab
4. Select the screen you want to share
5. Click on the Green Share button.
