This report pulls clients with an Entry/Exit into the project(s) selected during the reporting period. The report includes project Entry Date, Exit Date (if applicable), and Housing Move In Date in order for readers to confirm accuracy of the details. The report includes a table showcases total Heads of Households, missing Housing Move-In Dates, and/or inaccurate Housing Move In Dates to be reviewed.
NOTE: This report is available only to those HMIS users with an additional Advanced Reporting Tool license

Setting Prompts
- EDA Provider: leave as Default for multiple projects, select desired Entry/Exit provider if running for 1 provider
- Enter effective date: Same date as the Report End Date prompt
- Provider(s): select desired Entry/Exit provider(s)
- Start Date: Enter the first day of the reporting period
- End Date: Enter the last day of the reporting period
Using the Report
This report has 3 tabs

HoH List
This tab lists Heads of Household per row. Each row includes HMIS ID, client name, relationship to HoH, age, Entry/Exit Provider, project Entry Date, project Exit Date (if applicable), and project Housing Move In Date (HMID). This tab also includes a table with total counts of Heads of Household, Missing Housing Move In Dates, and Housing Move In Dates with errors.
Data quality checks: Missing HMID will be highlighted in yellow. Inaccurate HMID will be highlighted in orange.
Client Detail
This tab includes Heads of Households plus additionally enrolled household members. Households will be grouped together in tables. Each table's row will be an individual household member, and each row includes HMIS ID, client name, relationship to HoH, age, Entry/Exit Provider, project Entry Date, project Exit Date (if applicable), and project Housing Move In Date (HMID).
Single household clients will all be grouped together under one table.
Prompts
This tab lists the prompt details for which were entered to retrieve the report details.
REMINDER: When downloading or printing reports containing Personally Identifying Information (PII), extra security precautions should be taken. Be sure to delete downloaded files from your computer when they are no longer needed. Be sure to remove PII (names, date of birth, etc) before emailing or sharing the report with others!
